Location

Situated on the impressive Victorian promenade stretching along the shingle beach, Marine Guest House is only a minute’s walk from the historic pier, and a mere 12 metres from the beach. We are proud to say that we are the nearest Guest House to the sea in Eastbourne - our great position ensures our guests spectacular and uninterrupted sea views, with glorious sunrises for early-risers.

The town centre is an easy, level walk away, so the shops, restaurants and cafes, theatres, Bandstand are easy to reach. There are also a host of family attractions such as the seafront tourist train, Fort Fun, Treasure Island, the Sovereign Leisure Centre and all cinemas. See our What’s On page for details of some of the other great attractions.
